All our guests take part in our loyalty program. We have the following statuses for our regular customers:
«GOLDEN GUEST» (more than 30 nights)
The guest who has stayed at least 30 nights at any hotels of our chain is granted the Golden bonus card, making him eligible for a 15% discount.
«SILVER GUEST» (more than 20 nights)
The guest who has stayed at least 20 nights at any hotels of our chain is granted the Silver bonus card, making him eligible for a 10% discount.
«BRONZE GUEST» (more than 10 nights)
The guest who has stayed at least 10 nights at any hotels of our chain is granted the Bronze bonus card, making him eligible for a 5% discount.
* The guest with a status receives a personalized plastic card and a number of privileges. The guests who book rooms via an intermediary company are not eligible for participating in the discount program.
